OPC with STS login box does not appear

I am sure this issue has been discussed before and I am sorry for this kind of dumb question. I installed a fresh copy of oscommerce RC2.2 with STS. OPC installed, but when I click at login box, box doesn't appear. Also nothing happens when I click at "Change Shipping Address". Can some one help me on this. I am running OPV 1.4
