After fresh install, admin cannot login

Hello,

 

I've installed OSc. on a Windows 2008R2 machine with IIS 7.5 PHP 5.2.14 and MySQL 5.x.

The installation went well, only the configuration files were not filled, so I did that by hand.

Now are the Catalog and admin sections visable...

When I want to login in to the Admin section the system loads the page... I fill out the credentials and hit the login button... then the page gets reloaded and I must fill out the credentials again.

 

I fount the following on the internet, but this cannot be a permanent solution.

1.Edit catalog/admin/includes/application_top.php

2.Comment out the block of code below the comment that says:

 

// redirect to login page if administrator is not yet logged in

3.Log in to the admin panel

4.Click on the Administrators link.

5.Edit the administrator in question.

6.Change the password.

7.Uncomment out the block of code previously commented out.

 

Can someone help me out here.
