bdkennedy1 Posted September 30, 2010 Posted September 30, 2010 I've inherited this web store and I'm becoming familiar with it. I decided that I needed to update our customers on new products. I sent myself a test email using sendmail that worked fine. So then I mass emailed everyone (8,000 customers) in the database and everyone received the same email 3 times. Now I'm getting complaints from customers. What could have went wrong? I need to send out another one and have no way to know if the same thing is going to happen again. Also, I failed to notice a way to set the SMTP information somehow. Thanks!
