Guest Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Hello all! I have been looking in the forums and have found no definite answer. THe Admin and coupons are working great EXCEPT on the checkout page. I either get a red message at the top that says the coupon has not been properly applied. If I don't get that message, the coupon discount says $0.00 and does not apply on the checkout page. I have been looking in the forums and have not found a definite answer on how to fix the problem?? I have seen others have that problem too. I was careful on the install and everything seems to be working, adding coupons, etc. but it's not calculating on the checkout page. Any ideas on how to fix this? Quote
