lizzyc Posted September 28, 2010 Posted September 28, 2010 Hi I am really struggling with my site www.lizchristy.com I can log into the admin page ok, but when I click on any of the 8 heading or the subheadings, all I get on the next page is a small box on the left with all the same links....and the rest of the screen is white. These links 'appear' to be working but when I click on them, nothing happens at all. I cannot access anything in the site.Today when an order came in via email from the site I simple couldn't access payment information or anything. Can anyone help me please?

Perhaps you should consider upgrading to the latest release. My guess without looking is that you have either been hacked or you will sooner or later. ANYONE can log into your admin pages. If you do not know your user name and password then you can either use phpmy admin to delete all the records in the administrators table and try to log in again or you can install one of the add-ons http://addons.oscommerce.com/category/search,forgotten/page,2. Not really an on-going solution, need to get admin access. BTW Admin directory seems to have been renamed so first steps in securing the site seems to have been completed.
