Trying to Find Addon: Same Attributes for all products anyone help?

Let me start off by saying I've browsed around for over an hour now and could not find anything like this. I'm fairly new to the OSC so I apologize now if this happens to be a very basic option I have somehow over looked.

 

I am putting up a Decal store and every product will need the same Color List and Size Chart (+1 dollar per inch from 5 inches to 35 inches). The only way I can figure out in OSC is to add 35 attributes to every product for thousands of products. Is there some Mod that will just allow me to add an "attribute category" By that I mean

 

Add Attribute + Colors (contains 12 colors)

+ Size (contains 30 sizes each adding +1 dollar)

and by adding just these 2 attributes adds all the colors and all the size options in 2 steps and not 35 per product.
