When The customer dont need particular product after Checkout Process

Then Admin can Send back that product Price as the Credit for that particular customer

 

Please tell me any contribution is like this

But What I Need Exactly is

I Will Tell Those in step-wise

 

1. from orders page while clicking on particular order then it has to redirect to appropriate customer profile page

2. in second step i need in the customer profile page one button

that will redirect admin to the offline mode and automatically the user email and password is fields are filled on front-end

3. when i click login there

i need a search field from that search field i admin(offline) can search particular product for cancellation

4. after that i need complete shopping cart functionality when i click on cancel button that product from that particular order

that has to go shopping cart page in that i need all products of that particular order and that cancelled product should be show like credit

5.then i need to all the steps of shopping cart pages

6.after the shopping cart process i need finally invoice with that credit details

 

These all are i need in admin functionality(Offline)

 

If My English is not good I am sorry about that

 

I need this type functionality for this any existing contribution is there

please tell me
