VolleyChick Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 Hello - I've looked at quite a few post on here and now am more confused than ever, so any help is appreciated. I uploaded the files from the zip to mysite.com/oscommerce/. So I tried to log on at mysite.com/oscommerce/admin and all I get is a blank page. To be totally honest I can't even find the documentation for doing any of this so I'm googling and trying to find my way through. If there's a guide for the tragically challenged please point me in that direction...if not, can someone help me get to the admin? Thanks! Di
Guest Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 Di, Check your upload to ensure you have uploaded all of the files to the proper directories and have run the install program. Chris
VolleyChick Posted September 27, 2010 Author Posted September 27, 2010 Thanks Chris but I'm so clueless I didn't even know I needed to run any files. Where can I go to find step by step instructions? I hate to be asking questions if this is all written somewhere and I could just follow it. Thanks!
VolleyChick Posted September 27, 2010 Author Posted September 27, 2010 I realized I could have done this through my hosting company so I deleted the files and installed through them. Now I can get to the admin pages and started to set things up but I'm still searching for directions on how to do this. Where should I go for step by step instructions? Thanks
