We have checked and think everthing is setup correctly, we only charge tax for WA residents but this is not happening. Any help will be appreciated. strictlypc Posted March 6, 2003 Share Posted March 6, 2003 Hello, I've encountered a problem similar to this a couple of months back. What I did was deleted the old "Tax Zone" folder in Admin and recreating a new "Tax Zone" folder and then configure the rest of the Tax settings in Admin. This solved my problem and now it works!
