Center my main logo and place a background

Hello,

 

I can't find anything that will help me with the file I need to edit and also what I need to edit in the file. Please go to http://www.dabrandspice.com and take a look at the "DaBrandSpice" logo and the red background. lol It's a mess. I would like to center it on the top there (Just more to the left than it is now) and then also, I want to take a red background image and place it on the bottom/center of the page (below the flash but behind all of the products and links) so that I still have room on the two out sides of the site to put the dark gray colors back in. Also, how do I do that with the two ends?

 

Basically it should look like this.

 

Header (buttons)

Logo (center)

Flash

Gray-Red-Gray (background goes down to the bottom)

 

The files I think I need to edit are called header.php, index.php and stylesheet.css

 

If I need to add these file on here and can post links to download them on a reply on here just let me know.
