fatal error maximum execution time of 300 seconds

Well I've looked everywhere else, so here goes..

 

I've been working on my database locally, and ready to upload. I've uploaded it in the past via phpmyadmin, but I guess the db has grown to the point that it will no longer upload via phpmyadmin. I did try spliting things up, as my product attributes seem to be the largest of all, but that didn't help.

 

I learned how to change the max_execution_timeout in php.ini, but im on a shared server so I don't know if this is possible. So I guess i'll need to do this via shell? Could someone give me the command for uploading. I think its something like mysql> load data etc etc. But I know very little about using sql directly.
