How to Remove required fields

Hey guys, I wasn't sure if I should post this in the Add-On section, or if this is a quick admin back end change.

 

I want to remove some of the required fields from the Create Account page. I have a general idea of how to do this, but I was hoping someone that has done this before could walk me through it.

Hey I found the solution with an Add-On called "Required Customer Details".
