International Shipping with Google Checkout

Hi all;

 

Have a quick question .... I'm still trying to set up international shipping with

GC and I found this add on by EDGAR http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,5157/category,1/search,google+checkout

that is supposed to left the restrictions for international shipping but there are no instructions on where to add it.

Does anyone have any ideas?
