Guest
Gervis, Without all of the details I can only assume your index.php is either corrupt or has been hacked. Chris
gervboy
Hi Chris, Thanks for your prompt reply. Humm the problem is no error is coming up or nothing, I log into my admin area and all looks fine and its just when I click into the other areas it goes blank.. Is it possible to do an error scan? what can I do to find out. This is really bugging me :/ Thanks for your help again! Gervis
Guest
Gervis, Have you used the admin file manager to edit files ? Have you applied the admin security patches as outlined in the security forum ? Have you recently edited the files ? A blank page is usually caused by whitespace before/after the php tags. gervboy
Hi Again, Yea I applied the security patches and updates that were on the forum. No I haven't edited anything in the last few weeks and just turned it on this happened. I'm not that experienced with oscommerce yet so not sure what has went wrong. If it's hacked will it be possible to recover and not destroy the site? any idea what I should do. I really appreciate your help, I'm a little stressed as I done this for a client. Thanks, Gervis

I have no experience with security patches at all and I'd really appreciate any help you could give me. Many thanks Liz
