Independent Image re-sizing

Hi i know how to resize all images in the admin

 

e.g Admin--Configuration--Images, but the problem arises that not all category images can be the same size

 

e.g in one category i have sunglasses, so images need to be 120width x 60 height

 

other category images need to be square shaped e.g 100width x 100 height etc

 

How can i independently arrange and re-size images so that they look good in proportion..
