azrose
this is the error message I am receiving... Error Error: Backup directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php. help?
Guest
Rose, you will find the configure.php file located in the admin/includes directory. Open the file and verify that the paths are correct. Also verify that your backup folder permissions are set to 755 (705 if your hosting account will allow) Chris
azrose
Thank you Chris... the path has the error I think... and I have no clue how to verify the backup folders permission... I think I am way over my head :\... seems like my developer never created a folder in osc admin backups area. In my cpanel I see "full" backups. I had a tech support at hostgator tell me I needed to set up a ftp folder first... any step by steps you can offer? Rose
