Appears I am missing the style sheet that is in root directory .../catalog/includes/stylesheet.css I DO have the ss under admin/includes/stylesheet.css. I have made changes to colors, etc...and they only show up on the admin area. Are the stylesheets one and the same? Can I copy and paste into catalog directory? Thanks for time and help.
