How can I add the Delivery Address to Order Update Emails?

I've been trying all kinds of little tricks and nothing seems to work. I'm sure that this is a simple fix but I can't seem to figure this out.

 

All I really want to do is be able to add the delivery address to my status update emails to the customer. Any idea of how I can get that done. Any help would be appreciated.
