Continue Shopping Not Redirecting Properly

On my site if you click on a category and add the product to the shopping cart right from the list, when you click on continue shopping it makes the url for continue shopping bad

 

But if you click on the product first and add it to the cart from the product description, the continue shopping url works fine.

goto: http://www.connectorsupply.com/catalog/terminals-connectors-electrical-connector-kits-c-54_68.html AND if you click buy now for the first item it will add the item to the shopping cart , then if you click the continue shopping it does not work because the url on continue shopping is wrong. if you mouse over continue shopping you will see the url is bad. here is the url from continue shopping: http://www.connectorsupply.com/catalog/index.php?products_id=188

 

now

 

goto http://www.connectorsupply.com/catalog/heat-shrink-terminals-connectors-piece-p-188.html this is the same item as above AND if you click buy it now from the products description page it adds the item to the cart, then you click continue shopping it works fine. And you can see that it is the correct url when you mouse over continue shopping. here is the url that worked: http://www.connectorsupply.com/catalog/heat-shrink-terminals-connectors-piece-p-188.html

I just removed the buy now column to prevent any customers from not redirecting off the continue shopping button

 

now you cant go to my links to see what i am talking about but hopefully the explanation is enough.
