Append Comments (admin order page)

Hello,

 

I have a question regarding the 'append comments' feature on the Admin Orders page in OSC MS2.

 

When adding a comment to an order and 'append comments' and 'notify customer' are both UNCHECKED the comments still appear on the customer order page.

Notify customer is an obvious one, it eithers sends an e-mail or it doesn't.

Append comments, I believe, is referring to adding them to an e-mail. They are always added to the database and visible in order history, but unchecking the box prevents them from being appended to the e-mail.

 

I also seem to remember seeing an add on for admin visible comments only.
