Guest Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Hello, I have a question regarding the 'append comments' feature on the Admin Orders page in OSC MS2. When adding a comment to an order and 'append comments' and 'notify customer' are both UNCHECKED the comments still appear on the customer order page. Append comments, I believe, is referring to adding them to an e-mail. They are always added to the database and visible in order history, but unchecking the box prevents them from being appended to the e-mail. I also seem to remember seeing an add on for admin visible comments only. Tim
