index.php DIV issue (IE = $%@&)

Hey guy's

 

I've been playing about with oscommerce for over 5 years now and have started branding all my sites to look the same.

 

I've introduced a DIV based template over Tables and have started integrating the template..

 

It was working great looks good (for me) in Firefox but the trouble starts in index.php.

 

I know that index.php actually integrates several pages in one with default page and the various category pages, it looks like the following :

 

 

Now I know you would think that the template is not compatible with IE in the first place but if I remove the bulk of the index.php ie from

 

<!-- body //--> to <!-- body_eof //--> the template will re-align, it also shows perfectly on all my other sites on IE

 

Has anyone got a DIV version of index.php working?
