Esther. Ester, in my experience, yes the customer does receive those comments as long as the appropriate box is checked. I just took a quick look and found where a customer replied to such an email. What she received looks something like this in the body of the email that the store sent out: The comments for your order are Thanks much, here's your shipping info: Shipping details Mailing date: Aug 7, 2010 Shipper: U.S. Postal Service Tracking number: a;lkdfja;lkdfalsdkfj Service type: First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) Shipping Status: Shipped Your order has been updated to the following status. New status: Mailed Please reply to this email if you have any questions. I am not a professional webmaster or PHP coder by background or training but I will try to help as best I can. I remember what it was like when I first started with osC. It can be overwhelming. However, I strongly recommend considering hiring a professional for extensive site modifications, site cleaning, etc. There are several good pros here on osCommerce. Look around, you'll figure out who they are.
