Francys Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 I have downloaded here Teleport Pro it is a known site duplicator, and i am quite uncomfortable with the fact that i tested it in my site and although i can't download nothing in the admin directory i still can download every other file of the shop that isn't in there. I have followed all the security instructions to protect the shop. How can i make in apache a code that simply blocks sitewide (.htaccess root file editing) any web duplicator like teleport pro and others alike!! And by the way it has an option in Netiquette tag where you can disable the robots.txt or restricted areas. thanks in advance

Francys Posted September 19, 2010 Author Posted September 19, 2010 See this. Hi and thanks for the reply. Link you posted is very interesting. Though i still can download the site even after copy/paste the whole code. Can you post a piece of apache code to avoid teleport pro to download? Actually teleport pro as an advanced option to present himself like ie user agent, can anything be done? try to download it and check it on your own website it will still be able to download since it masks itself, and even have an option of netiquete to browse restricted areas (although is not passing into admin folders) thanks in advance
