Table rate shipping based on country

Any suggestions on how I could get table rate shipping to use different rates depending on what country the order is to be shipped to?

 

I need to set up something like this

 

Price.........UK............EU.............World

< ?5......... ?1.............?1............?1.50

?5-?10......?2.............?2.50........?3.00

?10-25......?3.............?4.00........?6.00

 

(excuse the dots, tabs dont work ;))

 

But can see no easy way of getting it done with the default shipping modules and cant see any contributions that would do the job.

 

Any idea.

One way to do this would be to set the product weight = product price then use the zones contribution in the normal way. There may of course be a better solution.
