Change radio buttons in address book to drop-down menu.

1) I'd like to display the address book entries as a drop-down menu instead of having them displayed as radio buttons.

2) I'd like to have the company name as the primary selection option in the drop down menu to choose an address but If the whole address must be displayed then that's fine too.

 

How can I go about doing this? I tried installing the address book enhancer but there were too many bugs (or I couldn't get it installed correctly) so I decided to give up. I'm sure that there is a much easier way to simply change the display of the addresses book.

 

I am not a programmer but I'm really good at cutting and pasting :). Any tips or code would be appreciated.
