oceanisfocus
Hi there, I am new to osCommerce and trying to install the online shopping tool to show the online features for a school project. I am using the version of oscommerce-2.2rc2a. I am using XAMPP which come with PHP 5.3. I am able to get all these up however, when i click Add Cart. It gives me this error: Deprecated: Function ereg() is deprecated in C:\xampp\htdocs\edu\catalog\includes\functions\general.php on line 1094 Deprecated: Function ereg() is deprecated in C:\xampp\htdocs\edu\catalog\includes\functions\general.php on line 1094 Deprecated: Function ereg() is deprecated in C:\xampp\htdocs\edu\catalog\includes\functions\general.php on line 1094 Deprecated: Function ereg() is deprecated in C:\xampp\htdocs\edu\catalog\includes\functions\general.php on line 1094 Deprecated: Function ereg() is deprecated in C:\xampp\htdocs\edu\catalog\includes\functions\general.php on line 1094 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\edu\catalog\includes\functions\general.php:1094) in C:\xampp\htdocs\edu\catalog\includes\functions\general.php on line 33 Can someone help me? cornishpirate
I am using XAMPP which come with PHP 5.3. Use XAMPP 1.6.8. This release uses PHP 5.2.6. No problems!
Guest
Alan, Eventually all servers will update to PHP 5.3, so using a version of XAMPP that uses a lesser version will only put a bandaid on the problem. Nicole might as well update now while she is creating the cart. EVERYONE should be updating to be PHP 5.3 compliant at this point. Chris
