Displaying courier in invoice as an item

Hi

 

I am new to ecommerce and i am looking to change the format of my invoice, i want to be able to display the 'courier' as an item so that i can display the exVAT, VAT and Total(inc VAT) for each individual courier.

 

Has anyone got any ideas, they would be much appricated...
