I really want to use this contribution, but it's useless if the handling fee comes up as an option. What I want it to do is apply a handling fee to specific products that are drop shipped to the customer. I want the fees to be applied and shown on the shipping page, but not shown as a selection. I don't know for sure but the variable max_box_weight is defined as a unsigned tiny int which probably has a maximum value of 255 if you change the varible type to int a larger max box weight may work.
