new install with empty cart error

i know this has been posted several time by other people. i haven't found a solution.

 

i used the MS1

PHP Version 4.2.3

mysql 3.23.54

 

installation was SMOOTH. i have tried mysql and file based versions, but i get "Your Shopping Cart is empty!" when i add to cart. i can see sessions started through phpMyAdmin (Sample below)

 

If someone has time to take a look i can pm the url and phpinfo() file.

 

I would really like to get this working, but have no idea what's up with it. i am prety sure the configure.php settings are right.

I had this problem too & this is how I solved it:

 

go into product_info.php & change all the occurances of

product_info_values

to

product_info

 

Not sure if this will work for you, but it's worth a shot
