Confirm shipment button fails

So I think I have everything installed correctly. Amazon will update the order status via CBAIOPN, orders move from processing to pending once amazon validates the credit card used, etc. So now, when I enter in the relevant shipping info (Carrier, service and tracking ID) and press the confirm shipment button provided by the module, the page will reload, but no status changes are made. The status does not change is seller central or on the OSC admin page. No error is given. Any ideas of where to start looking?
