Category List Shows No Categories

When the page is first loaded, the Category list shows find. That is with the pagename only. But once you navigate to another page, from the menu, and then on to any other page, the Category list will be blank. Meaning no Categories are showing.

 

index.php = Category List shows fine

 

index.php?osCsid=ml3b6ovuhptkupj3m1st26m9s3 = no Categories in the list.

 

Have any idea what would cause this?
