Community Add-Ons

I am ubable to upload a new package because I am unable to log into the Community Add-Ons, Upload a package section at the url <a href="http://addons.oscommerce.com/category/new,package">http://addons.oscommerce.com/category/new,package</a>

My username and password does work to log into the community support forums at <a href="http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/">http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/</a>.

If someone could help me resolve this issue I have some rather exciting contributions to add.
