edwardb223 Posted August 27, 2010 Share Posted August 27, 2010 Hello, I am new to oscommerce. A friend of mine asked me to help with his site. The original person who setup his site is not available. My friend is not technical so he knows nothing. I know a little .net, HTML, and SQL but nothing about PHP, Apache or open source. My friend gave me his site link and password but I am not able to sign on. When I type in the URL and hit enter I get the following message: "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /catalog/admin on this server." Can someone guide me on what I can do next? Thank you. Guest Posted August 27, 2010 Share Posted August 27, 2010 Edward, It is possible that the original coder made the security updates suggested and changed the admin folder name.
