Securimage and contact_us.php

I'm trying to add Securimage PHP to my contact page.

I've added

require('/includes/application_top.php');

and

$img->session_name = 'osCsid';

 

to securimage_show.php

 

If I remove

require('/includes/application_top.php');

 

The image appears but doesn't validate.

Does anyone have this working or point me in the right direction.
