Address not being updated within admin

I have experienced a problem which an regular customer updated there postal address within there account, but when we went to process there order the address didn't update so we ended up sending there order to the old address.

 

However on the confirmation email the buyer receives it display there new address, this problem has now happened several times, please can someone tell me how to resolve this problem?

Hi, there is perhaps something wrong with $order->delivery, you may need to reproduce the bug and make a print_r($order) to see exactly what happens.
