Catalog and Admin page View Errors

Hello Everyone

I just finished installing the OScommerce PHP site on a Windows box. I am receiving the following errors:

 

If I try to view the catalog page:

 

Catalog:

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/languages/.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in F:\PHPWebsiteDevelopment\SanDiegoWeddingStore\catalog\includes\application_top.php on line 299

 

Admin:
