Currently, there is no modification like this. Further, your payment processor will require the customer name and address as well.

http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/355 will let your customer purchase without creating an account, but still, if it's a physical product to be shipped, and/or if they pay by credit card, you'll need a full address from them.
