goldberg Posted March 4, 2003 Share Posted March 4, 2003 Hi guys, I have done a search but as yet no joy in fixing :( I am suing an older version of the checkout and dont know how to update to the new milestone, any help would be appreciated. My problem with my version has just arrisen. When taking payments via PayPal, I get the money sent to me and the customers are created on the site. However the site has stopped updating the customers orders so I have to keep mailing them for details of the order :( Any help on how to fix this or how to upgrade safely to the new Milestone from 2.1 from last year. fazzina Posted March 4, 2003 Share Posted March 4, 2003 Hi, Sounds like the problem I'm having (on some orders, not all). A customer will create an account, place and order and pay via paypal. I get the paypal payment but have no sales order. I'd appreciate any help fixing this problem. At my site this sort of thing happens on about 1 out of 4 orders (weird).
