Guest
HELP! Can any of you please let me know if you have encountered an Error 302 - Moved Temporarily?? I am having an issue with this and need some suggestions fast! Our logs show this happening often enough that we may be loosing customers! Cobalt Server, MySQL 3.23, PHP 4.1.2 - No extensive modifications have been done to this script installation. MySQL is not running on localhost, it's running on a sub domain of the host. Not sure if this matters, just thought it to be peculiar. TEP Snapshot 9/20/02. I need all of your suggestions!
radders
Isn't that just a redirect? I wouldn't normally expect the customer to see this error.
Guest
Actually, our customers are just seeing the "this page cannot be found error". The 302 error is what we are seeing in the error logs for our site. We have had several get to the checkout page and then we see this in the log with the 302 (Moved Temporarily) status code: /catalog/checkout_payment.php?osCsid=567d80868294b6ab9f223dd42e6e2f94 I have placed test orders and seen this error myself. radders
Clutching at straws here but could it be related to the PHP 4.3 unable to determine page link problem?
