Axelerator
Hi guys, I found a lot of articles about copying site from local host to remote host, but now I need opposite task. I have working site based on osCommerce (v2.2) and I need to copy it to local host. What unexpected problems can happen and how to solve them? Thanks. FIMBLE
You should have none so long you have localhost set up correctly with XAMPP or similar set of programs. Its much easier to develop Localhost and at least you always have an upto date copy :- ) Sometimes you're the dog and sometimes the lamp post [/url] My Contributions

BryceJr
Thank you, I will try to use XAMPP  You may encounter "deprecated function" in PHP 5.3 using the new XAMPP. 1. Download 5.3 patch >>here. --OR 2. You can manually apply 5.3 updates >>here. Follow the links in the thread.
