contact_us.php page blank.

Hi i have done some recent changes to my contact_us.php page, but now it is just blank, even after putting in the original coding!!

any sugestions to get it up and running?

Looks like you have error reporting switched off by the host, add this bit of code to the top of your contact us page it shold show you the errror

ini_set('display_errors',1); 
error_reporting(E_ALL);

 

Once you have the error you can go from there
