kelly236 Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 Hello All! I have successfully added the Attributes Set contribution and the add-weight-to-product-attributes v0.2 but I notice when I create the attributes with the weight and then try to create a set of attributes to add to a product the weights do not carry over, anyone know how I can have fix this? but if I add the attributes with the weight the old way, (one at a time) it works well, I'm not experienced enough to incorporate the two, if anyone can help me or lead me in the right direction I would be greatly appreciative Thank you Kelly Quote
Guest Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 Kelly, I looked at those contributions, and although the installation would not be exactly to the instructions you should be able to use winmerge or examdiff to integrate the two without much problem. Chris Quote
kelly236 Posted August 18, 2010 Author Posted August 18, 2010 Chris, Thank you for your quick response I really appreciate you taking the time but I do have them both installed and working, just not together, if I create an attribute using the default way which is stock to oscommerce and then try to create a set of attributes I lose the weight, so my dilemma is how to get them to work together, I'm just not that knowledgeable to go in and change the code, but thank you so much for taking time out and answering me all the best to you! Kelly Kelly, I looked at those contributions, and although the installation would not be exactly to the instructions you should be able to use winmerge or examdiff to integrate the two without much problem. kelly236 Posted August 18, 2010 Author Posted August 18, 2010 Okay, I just went over all the instructions and I must have missed something so I started over and now I can create the attributes and add the weight but when I create the attributes sets and leave the price box blank and them go back to look at the product attributes I see that the weight and price have gone back to zero, I just wish there was a way of having them work together.Thans again for any help with this Kelly Quote
