HELP with editing

hello all,

 

im having trouble editing my files and seeing the results on my site im am using fliezilla to do my codeing when i uload it back to my server then checkout my sit nothing is there a way to make changes to my site i have look though the forms and seen good ideas i like to try however when tried nothing.. files change but website remains the same any help would be great plus hope i put this in the right spot if no please let me know

When you make changes to your site, Press CTRL F5 to refresh your browser as sometimes your browser uses a cached version when you come back to the site.

Also ensure you are uploading in ASCII over Binary, and that you are uploading to the correct loaction.

If you do have more than one ftp account then its an easy error to make (from experience!!)
