That's all you have to do! It looks like you own a site and Google wants to verify that you actually do own it, by your ability to place a file in the root directory of the web site. How you do that depends on your access to your own site. The most common method is a control panel offered by your hosting company. Download the file offered by Google (or whoever) and save it in a known location on your PC. Go to your sites control panel and navigate to the root directory of your pages. Usually cPanel will open to the root. Click upload, then browse your PC for the file you saved and allow it to be uploaded to your site. Tell them to verify it.
