Hi everyone;

I was wondering if someone could lend a helping hand.

I've set up Google Checkout on my site and I need a way to

setup international shipping. I've looked through the Google Checkout

"help" pages, and the more I read, the larger my headache gets LOL

Does anyone have international shipping set up for Google Checkout,

and if so, could you help me set it up for my site ? Pretty pleeeeease?

Thanks in advance

Yes, it's possible simply need to setup international shipping modules in your oscommerce and Google Checkout module.

I think the information is available how to add extra shipping calculations in Googlec Checkout module.

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

Thank you so much Web. I had set up International shipping in the module, but when I'd run a test order, it popped up that I do not ship internationally.

I reset the numbers in the module and was going to run another test order in the sandbox, but apparently the google server is down so I'll have to wait.

I did start an order via my website and selected United Kingdom and a note popped up about certain products may not be able to be purchased. So ..... does that mean international orders are working?

Thanks again

Hi again;

I finally got a chance to sandbox test the international shipping

for GoogleCheckout and it is still saying unable to ship.

Can anyone help me set this up? I'm missing out on international

orders.

I've posted question in the support thread with no reply

Thanks in advance

I had a similar problem with international shipping with google checkout, on a client's creloaded using the oscommerce world zones. World zones installs all the default 237 country codes, while google checkout does not support them all. It currently supports 147 countries, you can find a list of supported countries by searching for Google Checkout Country Codes. Just for info, the client's shipping was set up with 2 flat rate tables (weight), one for GB and one for rest of the world. The test did not pass the sandbox until I created a new tax zone with only the google checkout supported countries - I had to add the countries one by one in the admin area. This will add the 2 letter country codes to the table zones_to_geo_zones and assign them to the zone you created in the admin area. Next, remember to assign your new zone to the shipping module. You may remove the non-supported countries from the existing international zone which I don't recommend. I thought about adding them directly to the database but the countries are assigned by id not by name. If this happens to be a common problem it will be useful if someone can write a file to insert the data with one click. When I had this problem I googled so much and found others especially zencart and creloaded owners having the same problem, but could not find a solution. That's why I am writing in details, hoping this will help someone.

Could you please elaborate on this? I can't find the Admin area where I can add countries specifically.

Thanks!
