I have made a shop for a customer. She is saying that she is receiving confirmation that orders were taken from PayPal but the orders are NOT showing up in her Admin Panel under Orders.

She has no idea what the customers have ordered. This has happened three times already.

I am using oscommerce-2.2ms2-060817, with PayPal Standard installed. Which has these options under edit:

Enable PayPal Module

Do you want to accept PayPal payments?

True

False

E-Mail Address

The e-mail address to use for the PayPal service

customers email here

Transaction Currency

The currency to use for credit card transactions

Selected Currency

Only USD

Only CAD

Only EUR

Only GBP

Only JPY

Payment Zone

If a zone is selected, only enable this payment method for that zone.

- none -

Set Order Status

Set the status of orders made with this payment module to this value

default

Sort order of display.

Sort order of display. Lowest is displayed first.

I am not sure why this is happening. Can you please give me some idea why this is happening and a way to correct it.

thank you so much,

Amy

I am getting orders and payments, but when I view the order there is no payment noted in the status. Is anything like that happening with you? it was working find a couple days ago and I have no changes on my end. Perhaps something has happened on our cpanel servers in an update or perhaps the way paypal posts back status?

If you need any other information, please ask...

Could you please send me to a post to fix this if it is already taken care of by someone else or please help me with this. This is really important for me. If I have to deal with PayPal on this, please let me know also. I can do that too.

thank you to all

Amy
