Can't add a discount coupon

Well, think I'm nearlly there. After problems accessing the admin area after installing the coupons, I'm now into it, but I can't add a coupon. It all seems to work, but when I click the 'new coupon' button it lets me enter all the infomation, then when I click 'insert' it doesn't save anything.

Can someone please help, I feel so close to sorting this now.
