My question is about inventory levels for products with options attributes.

 

For example, I have a shirt that has three sizes, M, L & XL, combined are 15 in stock. On the product page I can enter total # in stock in the Products Quantity field (15). However, I need to track inventory per size, e.g, M has 2 in stock, L has 10, and XL has 3. How / where do I track inventory for individual sizes?

Take a look at the add-on QTPRO - they have, if I remember, adapted it to work with attributes.
