elijahweb
I have modified the default.php to have a product on the upper center between the login and the "main text" above the new products box. I used a straight ahead form that has an "add to cart" button and it all works and looks fine. Only thing is I can't see how to manually assign a product id to the product in the database via admin. Any pointers. Also...I hear people talk of phpmyadmin. I don't see that anywhere, only the admin section from within osCommerce. Where is phpmyadmin? I have 3000 products to enter and can't see doing it by "hand." Thanks... Keith Thanks in advance, Keith Ronan
Jason Jacobs
phpMyAdmin is very nice, and the newest build of it is tasty. You can find out about it here. It's what I use in conjunction with OSC when I'm testing stuff. (admins, this doesn't count as advertising, does it?) Word has it you can also set up an ODBC connection with a DB program (such as MS Access) on your PC and edit the db locally...but I can't get my ODBC connection to work :) Hope this helps. -j
