sballen Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 What does one do with a contribution, once he/she extracts it, and find that it is only one single .php file? No instructions, whatsoever.
npn2531 Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 I hate it when that happens, esp when the title of the contribution seems so compelling. germ Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 What does one do with a contribution, once he/she extracts it, and find that it is only one single .php file? No instructions, whatsoever. What you do in that case is backtrack down the contribution tree until you find the last one that says "full package". Then you donload that, and then any other files up to and including the latest upload and start replacing files/modifying code. And <sarcasm> in no time at all </sarcasm> you have "the latest". It's no secret that the contribution system around here is in a sad state of disarray and is in serious need of an overhaul. :-" If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
